May 26 2011 Meetup: PhoneGap

Thank you Erik Daniel for your great talk about PhoneGap Thursday night!

Please join Refresh Detroit and Erik Daniel for our May meeting.

Find out how to build your app once using HTML, Javascript and CSS, wrap it up in PhoneGap, and deploy it to multiple platforms - including iPhone, Android, Blackberry, Palm, Symbian, and (soon) Windows devices. This talk aimed at providing developers with an introduction to Phonegap, and how it can be used to build cross-platform native mobile apps using web tech.

PhoneGap Only Open Source Mobile framework that supports 6 platforms. It is an HTML5 app platform that allows you to author native applications with web technologies and get access to APIs and app stores.

    1. Michael,

I’m truly sorry the PhoneGap meeting didn’t work out.

Thank you very much for the offer to record the meeting. Please let us know if you’re interested in recording future meetings. As a totally free volunteer organization we can use the help.

I hope to see you at a future Refresh Detroit meeting.
